On Site Support
WMH operates throughout the UK and will be pleased to provide on-site support as required.
We recognise many of our customers operate twenty four/seven, consequently we endeaavour to ensure our equipment is robust and capable of operating for extended periods with the minimum of maintenance.
Where practical, we encourage our customers to maintain equipment supplied by WMH. Alternatively we will be pleased to provide an ongoing service/support to a level to be agreed.
An essential element of the successful installation and commissioning of a new production line or piece of equipment is an effective project manangement team.
Our Contract Managers, will be pleased to undertake as required the Project Manangement of the WMH contribution to a new production line.
On site support
- Attending on site to carry out inspection and mainteance on a planned basis.
- Providing on site support in the unlikely event of a breakdown.
- Provide on going support as required.
- Helpline available.
- Where installed, remote access to WMH manufactured control systems to allow on line monitoring and adjustments to controls.
