Low Pressure Collating

Working with large bakeries producing savoury and sweet quiche and pie products WMH has developed a highly successful queuing and collation system for batching products into arrays for presentation to travelling ovens and freezers.

Utilising servo technology and sophisticated control technology WMH is able to collate random flows of product into evenly spaced batches without products touching and being damaged. This technology has enabled clients to make products in lighter weight foil and even paper cases saving considerable unit costs.
